Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase from Crazy Family Love! All of our items are Created, Printed, and Shipped from the USA.

After they're made and shipped, they'll generally be delivered to the USA within 3 days, and internationally within 7-21 days. Keep in mind we have no control over the shipping once it's out of our hands, though, and we do not guarantee these timeframes. International packages are sent via first class international shipping and not priority international shipping.

Please note that you may not be able to track your order until 24-36 hours after it has been shipped. In rare cases, USPS may be negligent in scanning the tracking barcode upon picking up the package. This produces a default message on USPS.com, acknowledging that the tracking number has been generated, but not generating a receipt by USPS, which indirectly implies that perhaps the package did not ship. If this occurs, please be assured that your order did indeed ship. Usually, the tracking information shows up when the package arrives at the destination distribution center.
